How To Start Modding

What tools will i need and where to get them? i gather i need the nvidea photoshop plugin for screwing around with the DDS's which i already got an a DDS unpacker/repacker. i got them (maybe they will work for oblivion..dunno) for when i was RFonline.

I relise i could just goto planetelderscrolls.com but too much faffing around there. most of the time i imput something into the search field and it doesnt even load o_O

Besides, i would also like to join jeremy's mod team just...need the tools for modding it

suffice to say, i was lazy. if anyone else is reading this and, like me, are just too lazy sometimes, then here:
