Like where someone can submit a mod for review and if I say its ok its added to the database?

yep, this could be great, its always good to hear about a mod and then see users screens and examples.....sometimes it can make your mind up really quick!!

The problem is, I lack the coding skills to make a great mod database like tesnexus.. thats why I review mods, its something I'm good at. But I don't know, we will see, maybe my database will evolve as I get better at being a web programmer.

ERM...well......couldnt ya have like a secure ftp space for uploading to.....or even have like a "betteroblivion" rapidshare account...that might do the job while ya get the skills togeather!!

Yeah, I think I know how to let users upload to a folder in my ftp space. And I would just look it over and manually add it to the database. That is the best I could do for now.
