New town mod

I heard a rumor that there is a mod of a new town. I do not know if that is really true but please answer me if this is true rumor.

There's tons of mods that add new towns. Could you specify?
 
There's even one that adds an entire Imperial Province! It's not finished yet but they say It'll be just as good as Cyrodiil. It's the High Rock Mod. Right now they don't have a lot of people working on it, but I really want to see it done, so if you can anyone, please help 'em finish it if you have modding expeirience.

Crap, it seems as if the project was cancelled, as the site can't be acessed anymore.    that makes me sad. To think, they were so far, but they only had two people working on it for a project that audacious. Makes sense, but it's just too bad. Like the 100,000 man crusade turned around 'cuz the guy leading it drowned in a river.

Well, there was one guy who put that OGM in the mod subforums, I hope it doesn't meet the same fate HRM did. I really like seeing massive projects being completed, a feeling you were there, enocuraging them on...
