This is a massively extensive project for TESIV: Oblivion, and TESIII Morrowind, adding in three entire provinces in total, two for Obliv and one for Morrowind. You all should be excited about another province full of quests, cities, castles, scenery and lore.
For Oblivion, it adds in the provinces of Hammerfell and High Rock. This comes complete with entirely new textures for pretty much everything in the game. There's a road that leads to Hammerfell, through the Jerralls, and all the way through to Hammerfell. It's made off of officcial ES maps, so it's pretty much official itself. The video, "Road to Hammerfell" uses this mod.
