I think it was intentional, a joke. Like a movie I saw where you can see a stagehand walk over and lie down with a fake sword through his crotch as the hero make a speech over a battlefield of dead soldiers. You can tell the cameraman is laughing because the camera shakes. Why they kept it in? Why, for shits n' giggles, of course. There's even more than that one fallace on the door, but I just have to remember where to find that corpse who was chained upside-down with the ring through his nuts. So, more to come.
