Improve Performance
The tips I'm about to give you, will greatly improve performance in oblivion.
This tweak if very powerful, and I can get anywhere between 20-30 FPS in the
wilderness, and never get any freezing. And before I did this, I would get
between 5-25, which is very unstable, and I would notice a lot of freezing. Some
people say I lie, but I promise you I don't. With these little tips I'm about to
give you, you can make oblivion, and other games run alot better than average.

Click start, then run

Once that loads, type in msconfig, and click OK

Now just make your screen look like this screenshot

Now click the services tab, and click hid all microsoft services.

Now click disable all. What this did, was hide all the important services use to
run windows and other microsoft applications, and then you could disable the 3rd
party ones alot easier.

Now click close

Restart your computer. When it comes back on, and if you press ctrl+alt+del, you
should notice a lot less processes running, and you might have noticed your
system boot back up faster.

Where not done yet, click start and run

Type in %temp%
Now a bunch of files will come up.
Select them all, by pressing ctrl+A

Then go to file>delete, and then press yes
There are many other ways to speed up your computer. I recomend:
Defrag once a month
Scanning for spyware atleast once a week. You should get atleast 2-3 programs. I
recomend Spybot, Adaware, and Windows defender.
Downloading some kind of matience program that deletes temporary files, and
cleans the registry. I really recomend tune up utilites 2006. It offers a 30 day
trial, which no restrictions. Just go to download.com and search for it.
