There are some new bandits and slavers, but they don't do much effect on the game. Except for some difficulty walking in the nature. You can have some on your side and some wanting to kill you.REPLAY VALUE
I would strongly recommend to play it again, because for every play you see something new. In 2 levels of playing i saw about 50 new creatures, about 20 new weapons and about 10 new armors(shields, helmets...).Every weapon is made totally new. Not just new textures. But the whole model is new. For armor there are some that have only new textures but there are the totally newENTERTAINMENT.
Every time you want to just go hunting or looting in caves, forts, ayleid ruins you 100% get to see some new weapon, armor, creature etc. That gets kinda annoying because if you don't go level up you see the same monsters that you saw on your levels before and your level now. But there are still a lot of stuff that you think you saw but you didn't. Quests are simple. You go somewhere, he/she tells you to kill/steal/find something or someone. Very empty, but it still gets you see new locations, and the all stuff before. You do get to see some totally new npc-s with their special abilities. For anything you saw/kill/steal before it won't be that boring. OOO v.1.3 won't let you get bored during the game. Killing is fun, but in some cases hard. Like the Kodiak bear, very hard to kill.QUALITY.
There isn't too much to say but that I think the best mod maked for oblivion, It's AWESOME. .For OOOv.1.3 you can know when you see a new creature, with totally new models, that OOOv.1.3 was really hardworking mod. You get some minor glitches, but that's easely forgivable. With all the new stuff, you will have about 2 weeks of exploring and questing to do.MUST HAVE MOD
